If you’re not going to come to class, we don’t want your money.
As a fitness studio owner, my least favorite thing is making sales off of people who never get to experience the real benefits of a consistent Pilates practice. Because the truth is, Pilates only works if you do it.
If that’s you right now, we still love you. And we’ll see you when you’re ready to fit Pilates into your life at least once a week.

What gets scheduled, gets done.
Put Pilates on your calendar. Make it a non-negotiable. Schedule a backup class in case your first option falls through. Front-load your month so you’re not scrambling at the end.
A consistent Pilates practice doesn’t happen by accident. It happens with intention.
