At Orofino Wellness, we believe in the power of joyful movement for all bodies. Our private Pilates sessions focus on you and your goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to improve your athletic performance, or desiring to move with more ease as you age, our private sessions are built with your goals in mind. You will build strength, improve flexibility, mobility and enhance your posture, all within a supportive and encouraging environment. As you flow through each session, you’ll feel more and more confident in your body and what it can do.
50-minute Group Reformer Pilates Classes


















Your goals are the priority and we will match you with an instructor who best fits your needs. Every session is tailored to meet you where you’re at now, with the intention of progressing you to where you want to be. You will receive hands-on, personalized attention for your full 50 minute session. Expect to function with more ease in your body and develop an empowered Pilates practice.
Wear something comfortable. Most people like to wear workout clothes. Form fitting clothing can be helpful to assess proper form during the class. Most of all, we want you to feel comfortable in what you are wearing.
Socks are great but not necessary. If you have socks with grips on the bottom, those can be helpful to prevent slipping on the Reformer or floor.
You are more than welcome! Every class welcomes beginners. Come a few minutes before class to meet the teacher. They will walk you through the machine and what to expect during the class.
