In her workshop, she’ll guide you through EFT Tapping, a simple, flexible technique that combines gentle touch with focused attention on thoughts and emotions. By tapping on key points on the face, hands, and body, you can signal safety to your brain and body, reduce stress, and shift how you respond to challenging thoughts and feelings.
