There’s a LOT going on around here, so I wanted to do a quick recap in case you’ve missed anything.

From fuller classes to new instructors and our upcoming Pilates Wellness Weekend, January is already shaping up to be such an exciting start to the year.

January at Orofino Wellness: Fuller Classes & New Year Momentum

Classes are fuller than normal. It’s January, so naturally people are moving more and we love to see it. Plus, we’re heading into the second week of our 30 Day Pilates Challenge.

Ride that New Year momentum, but remember that it’s not an all-or-nothing thing. Listen to your body, take breaks when you need to, and keep going as your body allows.

And if you haven’t been with us before, we want you here. Message us if you aren’t finding class times that work for you, we’re always growing and accommodating to make sure our community continues to thrive. Also, the waitlist tends to move, so don’t hesitate to get yourself on it.

We have three amazing new teachers on the team: Alyssa, Sherri, and Cathy.

Be sure to check out their classes. Our team is growing so that you can keep or start a consistent Pilates practice. My priority is to never max out, we will continue to add more class times and keep building this awesome team so you always have space to move, breathe, and show up for yourself.

Pilates Wellness Weekend Is Almost Here

And finally… we are gearing up for our PILATES WELLNESS WEEKEND (it’s in all caps because I’m yelling right now).

The way that I’m excited for this weekend, y’all.

So far at Orofino Wellness, we’ve given you classes. Lots and lots of classes. But for this Pilates Wellness Weekend, we’re going to workshop. No lectures, just time to start or go deeper into your Pilates practice and other areas of wellness.

Instead of Mat Pilates classes, we’ll be breaking down the moves step by step, so you leave feeling more empowered in your practice than ever before. We’ll also be giving you space to breathe, relax, and restore… and that’s just the first day.

You know FOMO? You’ll be having it if you don’t come (especially both days). It’s going to be epic.
